New Ventures has purchased photography equipment and set up a studio in one of its offices at the Lockhart-Taylor Center in Wadesboro. For a small fee, NVBDI will make product photos for businesses or make the equipment available for businesses to make their own digital photos.

Strayhorn retires; Maness named president of Anson Bank & Trust
(January 25, 2010) -- On Jan. 21, the Anson Bank & Trust Board of Trustees formally announced the retirement of bank president Jim Strayhorn and the appointment of Dana Maness as the bank's new president.
